Meet Michelle
CO-FOUNDER AND VICE PRESIDENT AT MCIA, PRESIDENT AT MOUNTAIN CAPITAL ACCOUNTING, PRESIDENT OF MOUNTAIN CAPITAL CONSULTING, FINANCIAL ADVISOR
Michelle is passionate about tax planning and preparation as well as client services. Michelle’s expertise lies in her knowledge of the aviation business and careers of our clients attained by her 14 years working as a Senior Manager at United Airlines. While at United she managed flight attendant scheduling, PBS consulting, Part 142 Chief Pilot and Operational Leadership. She led Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Projects resulting in over $50M in savings. Michelle earned her BS in Aviation, Professional Pilot at Oklahoma State and MBA Finance from Roosevelt University and is an Enrolled Agent.
Michelle resides in Erie, CO with her husband Brandt and their two children. When not in the office, she enjoys competing in triathlons, skiing and cooking!
